Prologue edit
I have removed inaccuracies regarding first MD/MM. I will contact Jorgensen, Warshel and McCammon together to figure out how this historical confusion for so many people can be alleviated. Although several attempts have been made in the scientific as well as popular literature to make sure the community begins to understand the historical context of this developments, they all seem to have failed. Hence I have not put a new reference here, instead I will encourage the scientific organisations related to the publication of these to clarify this with much more force.
