No doubt "Fictional Japanese" in every sense. Her name doesn't make sense in Japanese, there is nowhere in Japan called Jasmine Falls which sounds more like some avenue in America and a Japanese woman who has a ninja ritual to "celebrate" her pregnancy is of course hilarious. Everything on this article makes me wish I was killed by the Winter Soldier.
