Itinerarium comes from Antonine and Burdigalense itineraria (that's what the page correctly says), the meaning is route; they are purely linear listings. So I find the photograph of the page maybe not suitable: Peutinger Table is a (rough) map, 2-D, not a 1-D routes list like the other two ones. The first paragraph may be confusing, too.
