Article should not be merged with Istanbul edit

Is the map correct? edit
Not according to File:Istanbul location districts.svg and other district maps. At least Gaziosmanpaşa and Ümraniye seem misplaced. --pt:Stegop talk 00:12, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
"City" edit
The article says that the administration of Istanbul Province and Istanbul city are the same body, but then it goes on to lists "cities" within Istanbul Province. What is the definition of Istanbul "city" within Instanbul Province. --Criticalthinker (talk) 08:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, the city and province are said to have same boundaries from 2004 onwards, yet there are 29 other cities in 2007 census too. Makes no sense. 82.141.67.208 (talk) 23:34, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
Though, a note [c] in Istanbul article states there are currently 39 districts in the city. I wonder if those are the "cities" listed here. 82.141.67.208 (talk) 23:41, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
