Untitled edit

Why should the Saudi's ban Dr. Israr Ahmad from entering the country? The Saudi Dollars is fueling his movement and anti-shia sentiments. He is just another puppet of the wahabi's.

Younus, this is another article that is NOT NEUTRAL. It is adulatory of Dr. Ahmed. I imagine that there are quite a few people who DON'T like him, and have viewpoints that should be represented. Zora 11:38, 5 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Information regarding M. Phil thesis removed edit

Why is someone trying to tell us who the supervisor of their M. Phil Thesis is? How is that remotely related to Dr. Israr Ahmad? Kindly try to stick to the topic. Thanks.

Absolutely irrelevant material edit

Apparently some zealot who doesn't particularly like another religious figure by the name of Tahir ul Qadri has sneaked in and degraded this article with his anti-Qadri propaganda. What in the name of Jesus is the relevance of the following excerpt in an article on Israr Ahmed (the use of word satan is a reference to Tahir ul Qadri)?

"May Allah Almighty save Muslim Ummah from such satans disguised in the clothes of "reformers". Ameen."

wrong information provided edit

dear wikipedia, please note that dr. Israr Ahmed is not banned to enter in Saudi Arabia, please get information from any authentic source, for example www.tanzeem.org. Shehzad

He is banned edit

Dr. Israr Ahmed a very respected scholar all over the world, and he is banned to enter UAE Link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhkx8tNx5h0 Check at time 6:08 Language is urdu

Question and a comment edit

My comment is that if he is a respected scholar all over the world, can you give more information about him? What is more important are his viewpoints and interpertation of Islam. Because this doesn't really tell me why he's important or respected.

My question is that, is Dr. Israr Sahib's interpertation of Islam respected by all Muslims in gerneral? or only by the certain sect that he belongs to? For example what does an average Sunni or a Shi'a consider him to be? And do they agree with his interpertations? (anybody can answer the question, if they know the answer) Also, the comment about him not being banned from Saudi Arabia, sounds quite random. I would like to request to explain why exactly someone might think that he is not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia? 'umair He was a very deceptive personality Bold text —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.59.80.153 (talk) 05:59, 22 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Views on non-muslims and Apostasy edit

Somebody keeps deleting these sections despite them having verifiable references. Anyone care to explain the rationale to delete?

Ban in SA? Can someone kindly provide links on Israr's controversial "ban" (or not), in SA? Personally I don't think he is banned, but some suggest that it is actually true. Looking for links on this one. --bandishhh 22 June

Position on Shiaism edit

Dear Wikipedia.

The imformation you hold regarding Dr. Israr Ahmed views on shiaism are not true. He has never been involved attacking shias. I have tried to rectified it however somebody keeps on re-instating to wrong information. Therefore I would like to bring to your notice that information needs to be edited. Dr. Israr has written various books for promoting unity between shias and sunnis. He is an authentic mullah of the muslim world and his known world and his thus not a scholar. Somebody in your members list with his/her narrow vision keep on putting wrong information which is sending a message of hate which is not good.

Therefore you can carry your own research and if you find that he has extreme views against shias and be it.

Thanks

Yasir

The someone is me. And the alleged "wrong information" comes from a reputable scholar, Vali Nasr. If you have sourced information from a reputable source contradicting Nasr we can put in something about "observers disagree over Israr Ahmed's stance on Shia," but you cannot delete sourced material as it is a violation of wikipedia policy. --BoogaLouie (talk) 17:22, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Mr.Booga for your information if a scholar who ever is Mr. Vali Nasr says something against Dr. Israr that can't be authentic because this is just his opinion regarding Dr. Israr's views. You do not seems to have any written or verbal proof in any of his speeches or books where he has been found of giving his views against shias. Therefore some scholar's views against another scholar is not something to say that this is Dr. Israr's position on Shias. However on the same token I am giving you written evidence that he has written books encourgaing the importance of unity between shias and sunnis therefore this is the biggest proof. Therefore I ask you to delete this information you are holding against him because this is completely biased.

This biggest proof you can get is either contact him via phone and ask him views and opinion on shias or email his organisation tanzeem islami and ask reponse towards his position on shiash. He is a very bold man and if he has anything to say against shias he would just simply say it. This is not good that you listening to some other scholar and asking his opinion on Dr. Israr's position you are actually stating that this is Dr. Israr's position on shias when it's not.

If Dr. Israr states himself that he hold views against shias then this is fine but he doesn't. The biggest example I can give you Is that if i hold negative views against you and you state that Mr. Yasir hold views against me then this is fine and I go and state publicy that I have negative views against Mr.Boogie then this is fine. However if Mr.X states that I hold negative views against you and you declare it as my original position then this is simply not true.

Therefore I am asking you very nicely that to delete this information because it is simply not true.Because it is just inciting negative views against a great scholar who has no aggressive views. Therefore delete this infomration, whether it's a violation of wikipedia or not I simply don't care because if are gonna hold wrong and unverified information against one indivisual I am just simple gonna keep on deleting them and you are gonna keep on editing them and we are gonna keep on going round and round in circles.

The best formula to this issue is completely delete the section of shia position. I can't stand why west and US has always been trying to cause rift between the 2 main sections of Muslims i.e, Shias and Sunnis, biggest proof is in Iraq and Iran and also in Pakistan. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.146.231.91 (talk) 18:01, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Critics Section edit

The Critics section is in desperate need of citations and references to authentic sources since critique is always the most controversial part of an article. I suggest that some one provide references from reliable sources for each critique, because the complete section comes under "Biased opinion" as per BLP: "If someone appears to be pushing an agenda or a biased point of view, insist on reliable third-party published sources and a clear demonstration of relevance to the person's notability".Farqis 11:19, 24 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Big Mess edit

I have tried and will try to fix the article. Much of it was verbatim quotes from pro-Israr Ahmed websites with the source not given. There are a great many anon POV edits both pro and anti IA. --BoogaLouie (talk) 23:42, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please Read This and Answer Me edit

I am the one who took hours to add links to all the books of Dr Israr Ahmad Sahib here from www.tanzeem.org and www.scholaris.com. Why these all links have been removed? Did you I do something which is against the policy of Wikipedia or Tanzeem-e-Islami? Please let me know.

Javaids

I have spent an hour restoring and cleaning up your links. --BoogaLouie (talk) 20:57, 5 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Remove tags edit

I hope the article is now rewritten enough and balanced enough to have the tags revmoved. Any objections? --BoogaLouie (talk) 22:36, 27 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes there is an objection, tags are necessary for a topic to be healthy like all other topics present on the Wikipedia. So, restore all of them.

Shia/Sunni Controversy removed edit

I have removed the section, I find it as absolutely one of the most biased things read on Wikipedia. Please remember Wikipedia is not a website where you can write up your personal views into the pages. If you want to bring up the section back, please write it in a more informative way giving the whole account of the incident and not just the reactions of one particular community. Also there was a link posted up in response to his comments, along with that this was written:

"A reply was made to him by Shiekh Amaar Nakshwani in a more proper islamic way without any curse and bad language giving references from quran and hadiths against his statement"

I find that stupidly biased and a personal attack as Israr Ahmed did not use any 'curse' or 'bad language'. You're required to use a NPOV. --Yu5uF (talk) 15:51, 4 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Why would Dr. Israr Ahmad be banned entry into Saudi Arabia? Saudi Dollars is fueling his movement. He is just a Saudi Puppet . —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ssghafori (talkcontribs) 08:38, 28 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

HELLO,THERE IS ONE MISTAKE THAT IVE NOTICED IN THE SECTION ENTITLED AS "LITERATURE AND PHILOSOPHY".THERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT DR.ISRAR SAID THAT THE MAJORITY'S DECISION COULD BE REJECTED BY THE HEAD OF THE STATE.HOWEVER THIS IS NOT TRUE,IVE HEARD HIM SAYING IT MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THESE ISSUES CAN BE DECIDED BY MUTUAL CONSULTATION.HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THE POWERS OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE AND THE OBLIGATION TOWARDS THE DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE PARLIAMENT CAN ALSO BE DECIDED BY MUTUAL CONSULTATION.SOURCE- YOUTUBE LECTURED DELIVERED BY DR ISRAR HIMSELF. <ref> https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Israr_Ahmed&oldid=1153183648/ref> Toshibazabih (talk) 14:38, 11 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
