Is there an error in the caption's dates? edit

The graph's caption says: "...home prices increased 0.4% per year from 1890–2004, and 0.7% per year from 1940–2004". There seems to be a mistake with the year indicated in red. Should it be 1940 instead of 2004? --Lorikeet 11:01, 5 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned references in this article edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of this article's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "IE2":

  • From Robert Shiller: Shiller, Robert (2005). Irrational Exuberance (2d ed.). Princeton University Press. ISBN 0-691-12335-7.
  • From United States housing bubble: Shiller, Robert (2005). Irrational Exuberance (2d ed. ed.). Princeton University Press. ISBN 0-691-12335-7. {{cite book}}: |edition= has extra text (help)

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 08:28, 19 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
