Merge content to five team articles and First Nations Lacrosse Association

The Iroquois Nationals page has information that should be added to the five team pages or is duplicative. General info and an overall summary of all teams should go to the First Nations Lacrosse Association article, which can be written like a national sports governing body article. The navbox can be edited to have "Lacrosse" link to FNLA.
