Added back phrase about IRA terrorists

I noticed that an editor recently removed a phrase in this article that stated the violence was caused by IRA terrorists. There was no good reason to remove that phrase. It's part of the story and it's clearly stated in the references, the news story that is on Gallagher's web site and the biography about his life.
