Removal of File:Citadel of Varamin by Jane Dieulafoy.jpg edit

I removed File:Citadel of Varamin by Jane Dieulafoy.jpg, the assumption that the two citadels are the same was made by me Iraj Castle was made by me in Persian Wiki here and by another user later that year in English Wiki here and neither I nor that other user provided sources for such a connection. Since then, this photograph have been used widely and I tried to remove it from the pages in the different languages but it seemed that people liked this false connection. Even in Jane Dieulafoy's book this structure is cited as Citadel of Varamin and not Iraj Castle. Citadel of Varamin was much smaller fortification and was demolished during the last decades. As you can see the structure in the drawing is much smaller than the structure in the photographs. Also see other files depicting this castle Here. Khenamothara (talk) 03:04, 3 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
