I helped condense the lead section so it’s more of a quick skim, broad contextual introduction into the beetle. Previously, it was 2-3 large paragraphs and difficult for the average reader to grasp a quick snippet of what the Wikipedia page plans to expand on. I also added to the mating section through a subheading about parental care. I talked about how the pine engraver beetle forms pair bonds driven by male parental care and paternity assurance. The role of these males is further seen as they help females remove debris during egg-laying.
