The army the Frankenstein that destroys its creator. edit

This film should be wiewed in the light of Greece just having got rid of a brutal military-dictatorship. The perhaps most important theme is that the ostensibly so powerful lords are really the prisoner/hostages of the thousand-headed monster that they themselves have created: Their own army! This with wild promises of glory, plunder, booty and riches. As Odysseus realizes they now have to follow the phrase: "I am their leader. I must follow them!" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.77.211.233 (talk) 10:07, 21 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
