hello... having troubles with pharmacokinetics :( though I have a question:
does ion trapping has anything to do with urine alkylation and acidification? what i'm not capable to understand is the sequence of the steps beginning with the drug entering the body( either it's a weak acid or a weak base) to be exerted with urine.... running in the ion trapping phenomena and what happens during absorption in the stomack or intestine.... can anybody help?
