I have an instructograpgh code instructor that was used by my grandfather who was a cryptographer back in WW2. does anyone know if the demilitarization act prohibits the sale of these items on the internet?
I am working on computer aided morse code communication that works like this 1. convert alphanumerics into morse (max five charactor)code 2. assigns tones to every code in the character 3. mixes all tones forming a charactor and transmit them in a small time slot
a code for the letter at a time instead of a charactor of the code.
This has yielded 62 space table is there somebody who is interested in this area and can provide other codes capable of reflecting modern communication to fill the empty spaces in my table map oreacque@uonbi.ac.ke 41.204.186.130 (talk) 07:35, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
