Orphaned references in Instant Vintage

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Instant Vintage's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Since the mid-'80s, when most music became more synthesized than soulful, Raphael Saadiq has never tried to fake the funk. Whether with Tony Toni Toné, Lucy Pearl or on his own, the guitarist/singer has always remained close to the essence of soul music. On his latest effort, Saadiq offers something that seems familiar but is at the same time refreshingly new. ‘Body Parts,’ for example, is reminiscent of the '70s, but the sexy groove is straight Y2K2. And like singers of an earlier vintage, he's equally adept at setting a romantic mood and taking a political tone. He doesn't weigh his records down with studio gimmicks, either, trusting his skillful musicians to keep the listener's ear cocked toward the speakers. It will take only an instant to recognize the quality.

***1/2 Raphael Saadiq, "Instant Vintage" (Pookie/Universal). "Gospel-delic" proclaims the cover jacket, and this solo release by the ex-Tony! Toni! Tone! and Lucy Pearl singer backs the claim up with almost unfairly effortless R&B that falls about halfway between neo-soul and Curtis Mayfield. There's a traditional army of guest appearances--D'Angelo, Angie Stone and T-Boz, etc.--but they don't take away from Saadiq's show, and his array of sweet melodies, gently rolling instrumentation and melancholy street tales such as "You're the One That I Like" shimmer with soul.
