The song was by Faithless, it was also voted Dance song of the Millennium, although I'll have to find a reference for that. As soon as I get round to it I'll add more information to this article, including an info-box, track listings and single covers.--Chappy84 23:26, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
I've spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to edit an item in the References section and I'm still clueless. The 1st reference link takes you to a busted URL. Enter Shikari cover version edit

Single vs. album version edit
The article says: "Maxi Jazz changed the opening line from "I only smoke weed when I need to" to "Deep in the bosom of the gentle night" due to pressure from MTV." This is properly sourced.
The problem with this explanation, though, is that not only the first line is different between the single and album versions. The lyrics are totally different, they only have a few lines in common. The single version is also spoken in a more rhythmic and repetitive (with the quasi-chorus "I can't get no sleep" at the end) manner while the album version has a more freewheeling, story-telling manner.
I don't know anything about the many other mixes, so maybe somebody who's more familiar with Faithless can clear this up in a better way than it is currently done. Also, because the article as it's currently structured, uses lines from both versions as if they appeared in the same recording, which they - to my knowledge - do not. ("I toss and I turn without cease..." is from the single and "Make my way to the refrigerator..." from the album.) Jules TH 16 (talk) 21:04, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
