Infant Sorrow is a real band lead by Aldous Snowe true though not Russel Brand. Most people did not know Infant Sorrow untill forgetting Sarah Marshal but who cares go to their site check out their CDs. Infant Sorrows page

The Aldous Snowe / Russell Brand thing is a bit. Infant sorrow is a fake band within the extended universe of Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek.
