Mr. Andries, Hndoestanen is not an English word, it is not even corect Ducth (dat is namelijk Hindoestanis, ofwel menschen uit Hindoestan, India). The correct English word is Hindustanis. I can't believe that Wikipedia is promoting illiteracy by permitting non-existing words.Usecorrectnames (talk) 09:49, 13 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
The word Indo in Dutch usually refers to Indonesia, so title "Indo-Surinamese" will be very confusing to Dutch people. Andries (talk) 20:25, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
