John from Idegon observed that this school may fail requirements for notability. IVS is a high school and therefore gets the benefit of the doubt under WP:SCHOOLRFC. I concede that one journalist, writing for multiple outlets is the most frequently cited about this school. A search will likely find others.
As a matter of public and press interest, it is a notable example of a class of schools created at the state level to accommodate homeschoolers. The group includes Hoosier Academy Virtual Charter School with 3,861 students, Ohio Virtual Academy with 9,466 students, Tennessee Online Public School, Florida Virtual High School, serving 2,240, and Colorado Virtual Academy, serving 2,672 -- large high schools by any definition. While these school may offer the government cost savings, they do not offer the socialization and sports that other high schools do. Many are turning in dismal academic results.
