IDA Ice and/or its model library is not open source edit

I reworded that it features viewable source code instead. For software to be open source (as most would understand it at least), it has to live up to some requirements, as seen here.

My assessment is that this is inaccurate regarding IDA Ice, and thus I reworded it.
