I read the previous review by User:XOR'easter which was from this past July 2020. It can be found at Talk:Howard B. Meek/GA1. Unfortunately, the major big problem identified by XOR'easter from the prior review is still there. When compared today, Earwig's Copyvio Detector against this source same source from last time -- https://ecommons.cornell.edu/bitstream/handle/1813/19280/Meek_Howard_Bagnall_1969.pdf -- shows result, Violation Possible 50.0% confidence. Last time, result was compared from this version of the article and prior result was, Violation Possible 51.9% confidence. Therefore, the copyvio problem has only dropped by 1.9%. That drop may be attributed to this good edit by @XOR'easter: -- "remove text directly copied from his obituary". Unfortunately, I would have to agree with prior good article reviewer, that this qualifies as WP:GAFAIL criteria (2), It contains copyright violations. I would ask those involved to pause on future good article nominations, go for both Wikipedia:WikiProject Guild of Copy Editors and Wikipedia:Peer review -- openly state at the outset of both those processes about the copyright violations, and ask for help from others previously uninvolved to cleanup, before submitting as good article nomination for a 3rd time.
