Marx does not use the phrase "homo faber" in the passage cited (and the second link doesn't work). I have searched the Marxist Archive and can find no reference to it by him. This seems to be an imputation by unrelated theorists at a later date. If so, they should be cited, but regardless I question the relevance of Marx to this article.--Jack Upland (talk) 08:56, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
