Brazil Billboard Hot 100 edit

I think we shouldn't use Brazil Billboard Hot 100 because in Wikipedia you have to use sources that everyone can check. I am from Spain and I have not access to the physical Billboard Magazine in Brazil. I am not saying the chart is fake but we can`t check it. The same happen with Turkey top 20, it is on their Billboard magazine but we can`t use it as official because we can't check it.--Albes29 (talk) 10:52, 5 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

I know exactly what you are trying to say because almost a year ago I made a similar argument to another user. Essentially, your saying how do we know that someone hasn't made up the chart position etc. However, if you were to use a book source you are not asked to produce images of that source to prove what you are saying is true. E.g. take a look at 4 Minutes (Madonna song) (which is a featured article - amongst the best work on wikipedia). It too uses book sources. Per WP:REF a published and reputable book or magazine is a WP:Reliable source. Unless you can show me a policy page which says "published book/magazine sources are not allowed with a url or picture" then what you are saying is incorrect. — Lil_niquℇ 1 [talk] 15:04, 5 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
You can use the Turkey Top 20 too, if you source it to an actual copy of Billboard Turkey. I'd rather not use either, but the rules on sources are at least consistent.—Kww(talk) 14:54, 8 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
