I really think this, although quite amusing, constitutes a POV:
Belgium to this day still clings to a high tax policy that almost rivals that of France with its stupid, narrowminded, "dreaming of days of yore" like Jean de Florette, and practically incites widespread tax evasion.
The people are lovely, except for one old member of the Vlaam's Blok, who runs a corner shop and isn't even nice to white people.

Ok, this totally sounds made up:
"A local children's story says that the name "Hoboken" is derived from a little boy who accidentally dropped his sandwich in the Schelde river, which flows near Hoboken. In the local dialect of Dutch, a "boken" is a sandwich and "ho" is a way of shouting "stop", so he must have shouted "Ho, boken!!!"."
