I moved the page, because Kiev is an English name of the city, and per WP:ESTABLISHED, WP:MPN, and per our policy. In addition, a recent RfC results confirm that, although that is redundant.--Paul Siebert (talk) 00:27, 20 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
