More info

This page needs some information from people more informed on the subject than I am. I've given it a good start, I think, but notes need to be added and much history filled in. Deirdre 17:34, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Demise of the Greens

There is no mention of the effective demise of the Greens due to sectarian infighting and bickering. ---Dagme (talk) 02:23, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

Care to point to some references to back up these claims?--TM 04:05, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

Folks - please chill on the criticisms of this page. The page was mostly inaccurate for years, with no input from the people who were actually there and involved in the history of the party. Now myself and other Greens who have been active since the 1980s are writing the history to make sure it actually is accurate. As for 'demise' of the Greens, there is an active national organization recognized by the FEC and a couple of dozen state Green Parties with some level of ballot status. Every political party has its internal issues, but the Green Party exists today and will be here tomorrow.
