Talk:History of anatomy in the 17th and 18th centuries

attention needed edit

There are two sections on Italy, for some reason, and many of the citations refer to the 16th century!

Attention needed edit

This article needs an introductory sentence that gives the gist of what the article is about. Also, the article could be improved by adding additional sections. See Wikipedia:Guide to layout#Structure of the article for more guidelines.

Blatant Plagarism edit

This article shows no sources and does not introduce its topic clearly for one reason: it's been copied directly off the web. Any google search for the topics contained within this article shows two or three encyclopedia websites with the exact same article text. Combined with the author's lack of sourcing, it is obvious that this is not an original work. I call for a complete rewrite restating the valuable information in this article and showing sources.

Redirection edit

I have redirected this page to the page the material was originally broken out of, History of anatomy. The text that was located here was part of a massive chunk of early 20th century encyclopedia text that was added in 2002 and has been largely untouched since then, although it has been split across articles on a number of occasions. Based on this track record, I believe that this text, through its sheer volume, confusing-ness, and inapproachabillity, has been actively inhibiting progress on these articles, and I am redirecting accordingly. Please discuss this change on Talk:History of anatomy. Thanks, --RobthTalkCleanup? 18:55, 10 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
