Wrong target?

Well I know nobody ever reads the talk pages of redirects, but I came here looking for an article discussing the mapping of historical events, which might be called Historical cartography, and found it pointing to the History of cartography. The former could mean a modern or older map that describes a train of events in history, presented cartographically; the latter means info on old maps and mapping techniques, not the same thing at all. @Chiswick Chap: You are probably right. Historical cartography (d:Q115160912 ?) is a distinct topic. It is, at least, mentioned in the current target. I would imagine that historical cartography is a subset of historical geography (since geographers tend to work through maps) and this could be an alternative target in the meantime. We also have an article on historical atlases, but an atlas is a special type of map (a large-scale map of a large-scale region such as the entire globe).
