I'm not supporting Lesko, and I don't know if the malpractice suit made any difference, but it's important to know why Democrats won or lost contests. This was an especially notable contest since it was a seat in which the Democrats didn't even enter a candidate in previous years, but Tipirneni would up with a respectable showing.
