There are no sources which support the claim Of Arjuna being a Atimaharathi. He never displayed enough skills to be considered as a Atimaharathi As the page suggests 1 Atimaharathi= 12 maharathis. But arjun has never fought 12 maharathis at the same time In fact There were barely 6 maharathis on the kaurava side according to this article. So I don't understand why He is being portrayed as an Atimaharathi. In most sources he is considered equal to Karna and by that logic should be considered a Maharathi. He is martially adept and equal to Arjuna as a warrior, a gifted speaker who embeds provocative insults for his opponents in front of an audience.[1][2] Edit:-2- Arjuna only possesed brahmashirshaastra and pasupatastra. The vaishnavastra and brahmandastra claim must be supported by sources, or else it's all bogus. Can someone provide accurate sources or at least remove these unwanted claims. In the Hindu mythological wars page, section "levels of warrior excellence", topic "Atirathi", the link to "Lava" is to the geological lava page, while it should be to Lava(Ramayana) page [[1]] UltimatePluto916 (talk) 15:37, 7 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

It is not true that Arjuna was the greatest actually it was the help provided by his charioteer lord Krishna so he remained to be victorious

The actual answer to this question is karna who was killed by Arjuna by trick as he was without any weapons his biggest strength was his undefeated armour which was given by his father lord sun and later taken by the father of Arjuna as he was afraid he might win the war . While at the war he also had a Vijaya dhanush (bow) which could make him victorious in any battle so he was killed by trick by Arjuna further it was all planned by lord Krishna

Moreover Arjuna killed drona Bhishma is half truth

Drona gave up his life and got beheaded by drupad's son

Bhishma was severely wounded by Arjuna not killed and it happened because he had a wow with shrikhandi against whom he would give up his weapons and then Arjuna attacked with arrows to disable him to do war Further he gave up his life by himself Arjuna only disabled him did not killed him

So talking about the greatest warrior of Mahabharata we could say it was karna 2405:204:810F:3D18:4FDC:F0D1:CEB1:BDC1 (talk) 10:00, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Brabarik edit

Barbarik is most powerful warrior in mahabharata.he is son of ghototkoja and grandsons of pandav. His weapon and teacher of scriptures was Lord Krishna His special skill was that he could kill his enemy with three arrows. No matter how many or how far that enemy is. But he made a promise to his mother that he would always fight for the weak side. For this promise he joined the battle of Kurukshetra on behalf of his family. But Lord Krishna ordered him not to fight, then The barbaric said, 'O Madhava, a warrior leaves the battlefield to obtain victory or achieve valor, and now I have neither obtained victory nor valor. Therefore, O beautiful world,Narayan in the midst of men give me either victory or valor. Then Trilok Swami Narayana said O son if I have to kill you to remove you from the war then I will have to do that but you are my student so I cannot feel you. Many people will have to sacrifice their lives in this religious war, so if you die in this war, you will be immortal. But I cannot kill you with my own hands. Then Ghatkaja's son replied O Vasudeva, then I myself willingly donate my head to you. After saying this, Barbarika willingly donated his own head to Vasudeva.Seeing his devotion, Vasudeva placed his head on a mountain and gave life to his head and made him the sole witness of all events in Kurukshetra and named him Khatu Shyam. After some time, Arjuna asked Lord Krishna, O Madhava, why did this hero die? Shri Krishna replied that if he had been alive then the Kauravas would have perished on the first day of the war then what would have happened to your vow. And if the Kauravas started to perish, the Kauravas would soon become weaker than the Pandavas Then the barbarian would have had to join the Kauravas as per his promise and the religion would have perished so his death was inevitable.
