An explanation is needed for this sentence. edit

"Only injections of the chicken, water, or air vaccine qualify for nonsurgical treatment" This group of words seems a bit like nonsense. What came to my mind were poor sentence structure, a translation to English from some other language that is obviously not English, a very bad edit that was done without any regard for sentence structure, or just plain out and out vandalism.
