Confusion over supreme court

The article states that the high court was known as Supreme Court until 1964 when the name was changed under article 165... which implies there is no Supreme Court of Kenya. However Article 163 establishes the Supreme Court which is higher than the High Court. This needs to be clarified. Ptilinopus (talk) 02:02, 21 January 2017 (UTC)
