I run the official Talbot fanpage at www.bryan-talbot.com; I added the entry about the CD-Rom of Heart of Empire because it is considered by fans and creators to be a significant work in it's own right. It is currently used in Universities to teach the art of creating comics.

I do not want to make the entry in any way commercial and so there is no link to the page where the CD-Rom is for sale.

However, I can vouch for the quality of the info.
