Freemasonry and Sufism edit

Of the fact that Taqizadeh was one of the most eminent Iranian masons, there is no doubt. He is on the cover of Aspects of the History of Freemasonry in Iran by Alaeddin Rouhani, Ibex Publishers 2002, and according to Tolooie's book he was so influential that after his death in 1970 the grandmaster, Abdullah Entezam, no longer attended masonic meetings in Tehran. Of his Sufi activity I have found no published records yet but it is likely that he was a high ranking Iranian Sufi. If anyone has the references please put them in. --Wool Bridge (talk) 22:13, 3 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
