there is no proof he is dead

his body was never found. he should be referred to as probably dead, but not certainly —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.171.128.211 (talk) 02:17, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

Updated date of birth from http://www.idreamof.com/disaster/vic_msh_fm.html, which is consistent with his reported 83 years of age. -- Curps 21:48, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Ah, I see. The original correct dates of birth and death were randomly changed by anonymous vandal ([1]) but only the date of death was fixed. -- Curps 21:54, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Wait a minute it is stated Harry did not own the Mt St Helens lodge, if Harry didn't, who the heck did? I have read article after article for 20 some years that he owned the lodge.

attempted prod-

This was just prodded--I removed the tag, for it had previously been a unanimous snow keep at AfD. there's a book about him. DGG (talk) 04:10, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Mark on wikimapia

The location of his lodge should be marked on wikimapia. I'd attempt it myself but I seem to be banned from adding places, I have no idea why. --El Ingles (talk) 22:35, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Question

Did he ever comment on the resemblance of his name to that of a President? 68.32.48.221 (talk) 23:14, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

Yes, I'm sure he did, he even met Harry S. Trumann. He gave a lot of news interviews back then when the mountain started erupting.130.94.161.218 (talk) 21:53, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
