Wrong dates for series D notes issue and use

The current text “The notes were issued in 1970 and in use until 1981.” is incorrect. Series D notes were issued between 1970 (£20) and 1981 (£50) and remained in use well into the 90s. If no one else edits I’ll correct this and use the BoE withdrawn notes website as the ref. 2A02:C7F:5E8B:8B00:E8EA:3D4E:23B1:57E6 (talk) 13:47, 24 August 2019 (UTC)
