Added the reflist code edit

I added the reflist code and a references section to your article Wendyhtse (talk) 01:28, 1 December 2014 (UTC) WendyReply

Splitting Sections edit

Try splitting your paragraphs and diving things up into sections and subsections! It's a bit cluttered right now and makes it difficult to follow along. Wendyhtse (talk) 01:28, 1 December 2014 (UTC) WendyReply

Deleted a Section edit

I deleted the first section of your article in your sandbox because I think you copied and pasted your article twice, so it was a repeat. Wendyhtse (talk) 01:28, 1 December 2014 (UTC) WendyReply

an easy way to create references edit

Hi, @Yarneja: I see you're using author-date references in the text. If you'd like to convert that to wikipedia's inline citations you only need to do two things:

  • Add reference "tags" to each, so where you have "...it “drew the attention of the Los Angeles press” (Haggerty, 10)" we would have "...it “drew the attention of the Los Angeles press” <ref>(Haggerty, 10)</ref>"
  • Add a section at the bottom for the bibliographic details of each reference used (you probably have this written down already)

And your article will have formatted references. If you need a specific example, see User:Adam (Wiki Ed)/authordate. Thanks. Adam (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:46, 1 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
