Where's the inventor of the Smith Defensive Driving System? edit

Shouldn't Harold L. Smith, the originator of the Smith Driving System, be represented amongst this plethora of Harold Smiths?

Smith's five simple but vital defensive-driving principles are taught in high school drivers' education courses nation-wide, and was first developed by Smith way back in 1948. On a personal note, the far-and-away most vital of the five elements of the Smith System--"always leave yourself an out"--once in 1987 literally saved my life when I would have otherwise been rear-ended at fully 60 mph on Venice Blvd. in central Los Angeles.

I'd add an entry on Smith myself, except for two points: first, I've not, as yet at least, been able to determine whether he's still living--unlikely as he was already middled-aged in 1948--and considerably more problematic, I don't know how to manipulate the various formatting commands to establish a new Wikipedia entry. (I have a hard-enough time merely augmenting or editing already-established entries without corrupting them, I'm so cyber-incompetent.) I hope someone who is adept at Wikipedia formatting will soon remedy this surprising deficiency regarding someone who is arguably an American hero, albeit an admittedly-obscure one.
