This article is of very low quality and feels like it was taken from a teenagers book report. Can we please have a microbiologist rework it.

Modified the Introduction

Hi everyone,

I plan to modify the introduction since I saw that it contained a lot of plagiarism from the cited articles. I also added a bit more general information about Halobacteriaceae morphology and ecology in my edit. I'm still a just a student and new to editing Wikipedia so feel free to give any feedback or correct any errors.
