Since there are two words with different spelling in the Arabic & different diacritics in the English, it would be helpful to have the IPA &/or an indication of the difference in pronunciation. --D Anthony Patriarche (talk) 13:18, 11 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
حكيم = IPA [ħakiːm]
حاكم = IPA [ħaːkim]
