hello

I migrated here the content of the former entry Hhaha (which I propose for deletion as I can't find any document that uses that orthography) but I made a second change: I deleted the sentence that Haha might refer also to an Algerian ethnic group. The only place where this seems to be told is the German Wikipedia, saying that there "live Haha around Algier", but no source is given. I've tried French documents, but couldn't find anything, as opposed to the well-documented Moroccan Haha. So I just deleted this sentence, but of course we should put it back when anybody comes up with a source and a little more data.
