Dead links in sources cited; Options? edit

At least one of the sources (namely Justin Moresco (2009-11-18). ""Cash for Caulkers" Could Deliver $23B for Home Energy Efficiency". Reuters.) is a dead link. I'll try to find a working one again, but dead links are a common problem. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 161.253.8.205 (talk) 03:15, 21 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Spelling of name edit

"HOME STAR" is the most common spelling in the final memorandum 091204-PERAB-Home-Retrofits-Memo-Final.pdf, so I moved the page to that name. In particular, the following spellings are used in that document (occurrences in parentheses): Homestar (0), Home Star (1), HOMESTAR (3), HOME STAR (18). — Sebastian 00:50, 4 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
