Snakey Blake? edit

Was this the "Snakey Blake" mentioned here: http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20090127182544/http://royalnavy.mod.uk/training-and-people/rn-life/navy-slang/naval-surnames-(adams-cooper)/

(scroll down to surname "Blake/Blakeman") 62.196.17.197 (talk) 17:24, 25 November 2015 (UTC) Snakey Blakey... Yes it is, the ship was once filmed during a TV documentary, showing the wavy wake. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.69.87.97 (talk) 15:57, 29 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

emotional withdrawal from Malta edit

In text HMS Bulwark it says "In 1972 she was headquarters ship for Operation Exit, the withdrawal from Malta, an emotional withdrawal for the Royal Navy. Bulwark lay in Grand Harbor for 11 weeks and flew more than 1,000 missions." - here in this text it is 1971! Which year is it now, 1971 or 1972? 80.151.9.187 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:10, 18 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
