Talk:H3 receptor antagonist

Latest comment: 1 year ago by Fustbariclation in topic Conessine as an H3 antagonist

We are pharmacology students in a class of drug design. We had an assignment to write and design a Wikipedia page for a drug class of our choice. We chose to write about H3R antagonists because they are an interesting drug class and more information is needed about them on Wikipedia. H3R antagonists are very interesting especially since they are a drug target for some well known diseases which are in need of new drug therapies. There was a pre-existing page about H3R antagonists which only contained a small abstract about this drug class. We decided to contribute what we could about drug design and development. This drug class is rapidly evolving and many drugs are in clinical trials. Originally we wanted to write about history, mechanism of action, drug development and current status. We decided to skip the current status part since we could not find much information about what was currently going on in clinical trials. This site needs to be updated regularly to have the latest information about this class of drugs. We did not change anything in the pre-existing abstract. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hopur4ksth (talkcontribs) 11:45, 3 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Conessine as an H3 antagonist edit

Wouldn't it be useful to include a description of the history of Histamine H3 receptor antagonists, including conessine? Fustbariclation (talk) 13:36, 3 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
