Change article title proposal

This article is about a Persian poet, yet the transliteration (and implied pronunciation) is from Afghani or Pakistani (or perhaps Azeri or Armenian). I propose changing the spelling to "Golestan" or "Golestān", which would match other articles using the Persian spelling of the name.

It's known as the Gulistan to almost anyone in the English-speaking world who's heard of it. Witness the listings on amazon.com:

• for Gulistan Sa'di: 250 Results
• for Golistan Sa'di: 6 results, and none of them is the book in English.

Maybe it's like The Thames article in the French wikipedia - no-one has (yet) said on the talk page there that it should be called The Thames not La Tamise. We're pleased they're interested. They could do with building the article up a bit though.

The transliteration is incorrect

The transliteration is incorrect because as a native persian speaker i pronounce it as Golestān not Gulistān! Gulistān is the Arabic pronunciation and persian phonology is much different from Arabic. Dara daryapour (talk) 14:47, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
