Guido's son stated on the BBC Scotland production "The World Accordion to Phil" (Broadcast Wednesday 30th March 2011) that his father died in August 1950 not July as stated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.148.36.38 (talk) 19:38, 30 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

CORRECTION!

I must have had a senior moment when speaking to Phil during our meeting and interview for the program "The World Accordion to Phil", as the correct date of my father's demise is July 23, 1950. This is posted on the comprehensive web site devoted to recognizing my father's career and musical accomplishments. www.guidodeiro.com I apologize for my error. I thank the great accordionist, organist, concert musician and teacher, Henry Doktorski, for bringing this error to my attention.
