History section edit

Is there any good reason to have a sentence about every single edition of the tournament? As for as I know, we don't for any other tournament. A lot of them aren't even referenced. pʰeːnuːmuː →‎ pʰiːnyːmyː → ‎ɸinimi → ‎fiɲimi 01:29, 17 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Some tournaments have a "Tournament highlights" section, for example The Honda Classic and Arnold Palmer Invitational. IMO, this history section should be condensed to a similar format (and only to notable years) and referenced. Tewapack (talk)
