Trying to find exactly what is needed to make a marathon notable. The race has been run 40 times. I found previous links from year 2000 for example: http://www.coolrunning.com/results/00/vt/Oct21_15thGM_set1.html .

I've also found it on Marathon Guide's Boston Marathon Qualifying Races - Most Likely To Qualify - 2010 http://www.marathonguide.com/races/BostonMarathonQualifyingRaces.cfm?Year=2010
