I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Background

Using "also" to mash up two unrelated sentences is very confusing, as in "The compilation won a 1998 Metal Edge Readers' Choice Award for "Best Compilation."[3] It also misses out on some other hits from Mötley Crüe, such as "Live Wire", "Piece of Your Action", and "Too Young to Fall in Love"."

We could fix this as such "Although this compilation won a 1998 Metal Edge Readers' Choice Award for "Best Compilation",[3] it misses out on some hits from Mötley Crüe, such as "Live Wire", "Piece of Your Action", and "Too Young to Fall in Love"."
