I find the claim that the Disc world turtle is the only one ever to be featured in the H-R diagram to be fascinating. But I can't find it in the linked article. Could someone explain to a non-initiate how this is? And perhaps add a note on this point to the article? ww 15:28, 22 Jun 2004 (UTC)

The short answer is: "fiction". (An even shorter answer is: "joke".) The long answer is that Great A'Tuin doesn't really appear on the H-R diagram, any more than, say, Josiah Bartlet is really President of the United States - it's true in the world of the story, but not in real life. --Paul A 04:15, 13 Jul 2004 (UTC)

There's nothing in it that isn't in the Discworld (world) article, and most of the variant spellings of "Great A'Tuin" still redirect there. Serendipodous 08:00, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
