Who is "Ian Millard"??? edit

Near the bottom, it's mentioned Ian Millard has won three of the Grammys and been nominated for four. There is no link to an Ian Millard article, those are the only mentions in the entire article, and a Google search of Ian Millard lead to no results. Who is Ian Millard??
